The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were on stand by to make sure that none of the options ran out and no patron had to wait too long for additional food to be replenished.

Parking is 25 dollars a night. Had to put down a a refundable deposit when checking in higher the. the total stay. This was despite paying online in full. They have a nice pool. There is a Starbucks in the building and breakfast is free. The breakfast is good. The hotel is within walking distance to everything. Downstairs they have a donut shop and Chick-fil-A. I also noticed an ax throwing place and a coffee spot. The parking shares parking with a Dave and Busters located next to next to the hotel. I would stay again.

I loved the view, the breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the room was clean. I lost my ID and it was returned. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff offered food suggestions to myself and my spouse.

The room was clean and had a large window with a view. The property was clean, modern, and accessible to the Hyatt Regency and their shared amenities. The breakfast buffet and seating area was a great start to each morning. The staff members were friendly, efficient and accommodating. I was especially appreciative of Deana at the front desk who was very gracious and helpful. Teress at the Hyatt Regency concierge desk was also warm, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We drove from Texas and requested for early check in and was approved. When we reached the hotel, there was no power due to some construction works in neighborhood. We had to wait to check in but since we were tired Peter the Manager helped us to check in to the sister hotel and more spacious rooms. He personally accompanied us to ensure we were happy with the rooms .This was true pleasant experience and will cherish the effort by Peter and his team to make this a memorable experience. Also great breakfast. Plenty of options and great ambience.

Hospitality, Cleanliness, and easy access to downtown was a plus. The hotel offered a restaurant and 24 hour store that had almost anything.

We loved the view our room was on the 16th floor it was amazing ! They had tinted windows that my husband loved due to you not seeing in.
